Chill Out Essential Oil Blend

Massage: Add 5 drops to 10ml of a carrier oil combine and massage your into your body.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops into the water of your oil diffuser or oil burner. 

Bath: Run the bath then add 8 drops of your essential oil blend.          For a nourishing bath add the essential oils to a tablespoon of your chosen carrier oil combine then add to you bath.

Caution: This blend may irritate sensitive skin. Applying it to the skin could heighten sensitivity to sunlight.

Not to be ingested. Do not use near eyes. Do not use undiluted on skin.  Discontinue use if sensitivity occurs. Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep bottle standing upright. Avoid contact with plastic/painted surfaces.
